SUMMER

YOUTH

TRANSPORTATION

When you plan to attend one of our Summer Youth overnight programs, we are happy to assist you in getting here. We provide several options to accommodate your needs. When you register for a summer youth overnight program, you’ll be required to complete a transportation form in your account to indicate how you will be arriving and departing from the Villages. This form will be available in the Document Center of your account starting in April and is due three weeks prior to the beginning of your session. Transportation arrangements vary according to the type of program you are attending and are the responsibility of the participants.

Other Information About Summer Youth Transportation

If your villager will be utilizing private aircraft, please contact our transportation office to discuss their travel plan.

If your villager is attending back-to-back sessions and is in need of care and lodging between sessions, please contact our transportation office to discuss interim stay. The interim weekend typically involves taking the villager bus back to the Twin Cities on Saturday morning and overnighting with our Twin Cities transportation staff at our transportation hub until the next villager bus returns to camp on Monday morning. Sometimes interim stays are coordinated at the Villages in Bemidji.

If you have purchased Unaccompanied Minor service for your villager from the airline, please include the following information on the form in the section “authorized person to meet at final destination":

Julie Barakzai or Camp Representative
Concordia Language Villages
8659 Thorsonveien NE
Bemidji, MN 56601
(218) 586-8600

If you choose to drive your villager yourself, please check out our locations page for maps and directions.

We strongly advise against using JetBlue for unaccompanied minor travel.
