This 12-week Beginning Italian Language Class will cover all grammar and language functions pertinent to the A1-A2 level learner, with a focus on the communicative skills needed for your next trip to the bel paese! These 12 weeks will include: 1-hour synchronous weekly Italian Immersion Zoom meeting (English will be used in the chat), recording shared afterwards. 1-hour asynchronous self-lead language learning activities designed by the instructor with feedback provided. Participants will need a copy of Italian Now!: L'italiano d'oggi. Work in this textbook will continue with a second 12-week course beginning in January of 2025. Consider also joining our informal 6-week mixed-level Italian Conversation Hour with Lucrezia on Sundays. Conversation Hours in Italian start in October, January and February.
